AN ORGANIZATIONAL ALGORITHM FOR TRAINING, EMPLOYABILITY AND ADAPTATION OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONS

Summary:
Introduction. The article presents a situational approach to the construction of an alternative algorithm for training, employability and adaptation of the medical profession from the perspective of organizational management technologies. The effect of the main characteristics of the levels and elements of organizational technologies on the parameters of the algorithm operations is formalized, including centralization, structuring and complexity of the process, coordination and control mechanisms. Purpose of the investigation. Design and modification of the algorithm for training, employability and adaptation of the medical profession from the position of organizational management technologies. Materials and methods. The article applied the formal characterization methods, an analytical method and a method of qualitative analytical construction of an alternative branching algorithm. Results and discussions. The alternative branching algorithm designed and implemented in the practice of the SM-Regionmed clinic provides for a certain sequence of actions for training, preparing for employability and adaptation of the physicians, performed once, with the solution of specific, consistently implemented tasks, the evaluation of the result of which is fixed. Features of the algorithm: the possibility of leveling the costly procedure for generating candidates for prospective employee (a decrease in the candidate pool occurs at the intake meeting level), which leads to a reduction in the required number of conditions for subsequent operations (midterm and final exams); monitoring a physician starting a career in a clinic. A platform for identifying and developing professional interests, areas of common interest, things in common in interaction with allied specialists, as well as the ability of a clinic staff of the clinic to strive from the position of striving for success is the Club of an Inexperienced Physicians. Conclusion. The use of the theory of organizational management technologies in the practice of health managers of a medical clinic shows a high result in relation to the tasks set. The algorithm designed in SM-Regionmed and its accommodation, as part of the adaptation process, make possible to optimize and systematize the work of the clinic administration at the stage of admission, training and adaptation of the member of staff.
