The article presents the results of the analysis of the General morbidity of adult population of Moscow and its individual administrative districts in 2010 - 2014 the Structure of General morbidity in Suche my period is almost constant. In the adult population of Moscow in 2014 at the first less STE recorded diseases of the circu-latory system (24%), second place is occupied by diseases of the respiratory system (15%), the third place - dis-eases of the musculoskeletal system (11%), fourth – diseases of the genitourinary system (9%) and fifth – dis-eases of the digestive system (8%). The results of the analysis of the General morbidity of adult population in Moscow and its separate administrative districts for the period from 2010 to 2014 suggests that there is a de-crease in morbidity trends among almost all classes of diseases. This trend requires careful analysis of the main extraordinary specialists (infectious disease specialists, oncologists, traumatologists, psychiatrists, Kar-dialogue) that will further clarify the true causes of its decline or growth and organization of the Institute of encoders to comply with the rules of application of ICD-10.
