Statistical facts disease malignant neoplasms indicate that the number of patients with breast cancer every year is growing enormously. In recent years, breast cancer became the leading cancer diseases worldwide. All of the above determines the relevance of the study. The article presents the analysis of morbidity, mortality and the state of cancer care in breast cancer population of the Republic of Bashkortostan in comparison with the national figures over the last five years (2011-2015). In the studied region and the Russian Federation in dynamics for 5 years there has been an increase in morbidity and mortality from the studied diseases. Some indicators of the condition of the oncologic help to the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian better. The greatest specific weight took a comprehensive (combined) method of treatment of patients with breast cancer. To improve the performance of can-cer services is necessary to conduct preventive measures in the fight against breast cancer.
