The article presents the results of the analysis within 5 years of the dynamics and structure of primary morbidity in the General adult population of Moscow and its districts compared to data for RF and identified problems associated with the registration of the primary disease. The results of the analysis of primary morbidity of the whole population of Moscow and in the individual administrative districts for the period from 2010 to 2014 suggests that there is a relative decrease in the dynamics of the incidence of virtually all classes of diseases. However, it should be noted that the lack of work of chief specialists. Serious attention should be paid to the training of medical statisticians in the field to ensure proper coding of diseases.
