In the article considers 39 antiseptics for the treatment of acute respiratory infections of the throat and oral cavity (tablets for resorption), which are of great importance for providing pharmaceutical assistance to the population. Also we considered the classification of medicines, the features of their use, indications and contraindications, and data on the possibility of using medicines during pregnancy and lactation. We systematize information on the main active components of medicines, information on their effectiveness, on the basis of independent clinical studies. We analyzed the assortment of the market of antiseptic medicines (tablets for resorption) of the Republic of Belarus, and assessed the price availability and calculated the cost of a five-day course of therapy for adults.
