THE ROLE OF CHRONIC RESPIRATORY DISEASES (OD) IN THE STRUCTURE OF GENERAL INCIDENCE AS A TOOL FOR PLANNING THE OBSERVATION OF THESE PATIENTS

Summary:
Background. Respiratory diseases have been at the forefront for many years. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common but preventable and treatable chronic disease. and it is also one of the leading causes of death worldwide. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the factors influencing the dispensary follow-up of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as a tool influencing the incidence rate. Methods. The study used official data from the Federal State Statistics Service, information from the State Budgetary Health Institution "Chelyabinsk Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center", and personalized files Results. The respiratory disease occupy a leading position in Chelyabinsk region among the Russian territorial entities. Respiratory diseases, included chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are one of the leading causes of death in the Chelyabinsk region. The diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is more common in men than women at any age, with a maximum incidence of 69 years. When the research was conducted in the service area, it was revealed that patients with socially significant non-infectious diseases with a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease apply more often to a medical organization than without this disease. When the research was conducted, it was revealed that patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have the bronchial asthma as a comorbid condition are more often then people without chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Also the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have the new coronavirus as a comorbid condition are more often then people without chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Conclusion. When the research was conducted certain patterns were revealed for the behavior of dispensary observation with subsequent routing of these patients for additional examinations and decisions on treatment tactics after distributing the frequency of weekly visits to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the medical organization, regardless of the reasons for the visit
