EXPERIENCE OF IMPLEMENTING UDS SYSTEM IN THE WORK OF A PRIVATE MEDICAL ORGANIZATION

Summary:
Introduction. Modern medical business has a proven set of tools for managing relationships with patients, allowing to capture and index their values, and needs, predicting and building mechanisms to respond to requests. As one such tool, digital marketing from the B2C sphere, United Digital Solutions, a software used to gain new, and retain actual customers. Purpose of the investigation. To evaluate the impact of UDS implementation in the practice of a private medical clinic. Materials and methods. Descriptive statistics methods; SERVLOYAL methodology; PLS factor analysis were applied in the article. Results and discussion. Between July 2022 and July 2023, 2304 clients were digitized and 92% of them became clinic patients. 45% of the patients who visited the clinic 2 times or more generated 62% of the revenue from the total value spent in the UDS system. During the analyzed period, built a depth of 3 generation recommendations. The clinic received new clients to the base on recommendations by the efforts of current loyal patients - 302 contacts, 58% of them have already made a purchase. The average service quality score is 4,8. In absolute terms, the total savings amounted to 671450 rubles. Additional income of the clinic due to recommendations and use of the UDS program as a traffic channel amounted to 38%. The distribution of results by the factors for assessing the level of loyalty of the clinic's patients according to the SERVLOYAL methodology indicates high values of relationship factors, trust factors and behavioral factors. Conclusion. The obtained data show that the introduction of UDS in the clinic's work contributes to the formation of loyalty of regular clients and brings direct benefits to the medical organization, not only due to lower costs, but also due to greater efficiency.
