Summary:
Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of the problems of staffing health care. The study of this issue is related: on the one hand, to the analysis of statistical data on the staffing of medical personnel of organizations, which allows us to build (based on a theoretical model) a forecast of the availability / shortage of personnel (according to various indicators); on the other hand, to the analysis of motivational factors affecting both entry into the profession and a long successful career of a specialist, the same applies to the processes of "burnout" and retirement from the profession. The results of the analysis on the study of the quality problems of the personnel of the healthcare system are presented. The use of statistical, mathematical and sociological research methods has made it possible to identify not only the characteristic features of the available labor resources, but also the prospects for staffing health care institutions. The forecast of the development of the human resources of medical organizations is based on statistical data for the last 20 years (2002-2022). The prospects of changing the age and gender structure of employees (doctors and nursing staff), as well as the number of doctors in the most popular specialties, are shown. The working process was also considered in the conditions of an unfavorable epidemiological situation, which aggravated the problem of personnel shortage. The purpose is to analyze the current problems of human resources in healthcare related to the health of medical workers, as well as to determine the prospects for corporate health management in medical organizations. Materials and methods. The review was prepared by collecting scientific literature sources published by domestic and foreign authors over the past 20 years (2002-2022) by keywords: medical workers, health, corporate health programs, human resources in healthcare. Results. A lot of research has been devoted to the problem of the health of the working population and, in particular, workers in the field of healthcare, both in domestic and in world science [10-12]. Thanks to the results of these studies, it is known that chronic polyethological diseases prevail among medical workers [8, 12], the class of diseases of the circulatory system prevails in the structure of morbidity of medical workers (21.7%), the second place belongs to the class of diseases of the digestive system (17.6%), the third place is occupied by the class of diseases of the musculoskeletal system (16.8%). The class of respiratory diseases was in fourth place, accounting for 10.2%. The share of the class of diseases of the genitourinary system is about 8.3%, which corresponds to the fifth rank in the structure, the maximum incidence rates are found among doctors of diagnostic and therapeutic departments, due to working conditions [13-14]. Conclusion. Despite the obvious need to implement such corporate health promotion programs for medical workers, currently there is no such level available that would have effective measures, taking into account the real conditions and capabilities of the medical staff themselves, to comply with these recommendations. The analysis of the results showed that the most effective are multicomponent programs that combine the identification and correction of risk factors for CVD, and control of the course of diseases. And the model of CND prevention in the workplace is one of the most clinically and economically effective, low–cost and appropriate for both the employee and the employer and society as a whole.
