ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF DISTANCE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN AN EDUCATIONAL MILITARY MEDICAL ORGANIZATION

Summary:
Today, information technologies are actively penetrating the economy, industry and many other areas, including healthcare organization and medical education. The use of information technology in the training of medical specialists has become an integral part of the modern educational process. Now students and trainees can access a huge amount of educational information using online content and electronic textbooks. This opens up new opportunities for them to study the material independently and expand their cognitive abilities. Introduction: Distance learning technologies open up new opportunities and overturn traditional ideas about how learning should be. Distance learning technologies (DOT) every year They are increasingly being introduced into medical practice and can become one of the solutions in obtaining knowledge in the system of continuing medical education, as well as being used in the traditional system of professional development and professional development of medical workers. DOT offers flexibility and accessibility in training, which allows medical professionals to study at any time of the day and at their own pace. The purpose of the study: to analyze the effectiveness of the use of distance learning technologies in the branch of the Military Medical Academy in Moscow. Materials and methods of research: this article examines the educational activities of one of the departments of the branch of the Military Medical Academy in Moscow. As part of the study, we conducted a sociological survey of advanced training students on satisfaction with distance learning technologies. The study was conducted by means of a questionnaire and qualitative analysis. Results: statistical analysis shows the satisfaction of students with the use of distance learning technologies. They also point out important factors that can affect the level of satisfaction and need to be taken into account when developing and improving distance education programs. These results can serve as a basis for the development of recommendations and further research in this area. Conclusions: distance learning technologies are effective in the context of the modern education system and the requirements of military medical organizations, such training allows medical professionals to get access to the latest and relevant information. Students can study the latest scientific discoveries and research, update their knowledge and skills without having to leave their jobs. But despite all the advantages of distance learning, it is necessary to note its disadvantages. An important point concerns the required self-discipline and motivation on the part of the students. This requires additional efforts and responsibility on the part of each participant in the learning process.
