Summary:
Introduction. The influence of environmental factors on the processes of premature aging has been little studied. In iur times human organisms are in a state of allostatic stress, which is largely due to adverse environmental factors. As a result, this leads to a breakdown of the adaptation potential, which can stimulate the processes of premature aging. The aim of the work is to identify environmental patterns that support of pravantion of premature aging. Materials and methods. This study is included 562 middle-aged people aged 45 to 59 years (men - 290 people, women - 272 people, average age 51.2+3.2 years). All respondents were divided into three groups according to the nature of the ratio of biological and chronological age. Results. In the course of the study, the factors of ecological-climatic, ecological-behavioral and ecological-nutritional nature that ensure the prevention of premature aging were identified. It is shown that in the absence of these, the processes of inflamaging become more intense, which leads to an increase in the imbalance of biological and passport age. Conclusions. The study of the indicators of inflamaging shows an increase in the processes of inflamaging with an increase in the imbalance of biological and passport age and is associated with the absence or quantitative and qualitative decrease in the influence of protective environmental factors.
