Introduction. Among cardiovascular diseases, the most common is a combination of arterial hypertension (AH) and coronary heart disease (CHD), but despite this, these comorbid cardiopathologies are rarely analyzed. The effect of comorbid hypertension and coronary heart disease on geriatric status, hemodynamic and metabolic disorders in elderly patients is little known. The purpose of the study was to analyze the association of the geriatric status of elderly patients with comorbid hypertension and coronary heart disease with metabolic and hemodynamic disorders. Materials and methods. 178 patients with combined hypertension and coronary heart disease aged 60-74 years without depressive syndrome and 184 patients with combined hypertension and coronary heart disease with depressive syndrome were examined. The study of the geriatric status was carried out according to a comprehensive geriatric assessment. Depressive syndrome was detected on the HADS-D scale. Office blood pressure was determined by the Korotkov method, and the lipid level was determined on a KoneLab device. Results and discussion. It was found that in elderly patients with depressive syndrome, 25.00±1.9 cases per 100 examined cases were almost 2 times more common than 11.38±1.4 cases per 100 examined in the group without depression (P
