Summary:
A comparative analysis of the state of health, socio-economic factors and the presence of emotional burnout syndrome (CMEA) in district nurses and district pediatricians was carried out. 120 medical workers working in children's polyclinics in Orenburg were surveyed, including 64 nurses (53%) and 56 doctors (47%). The methodological basis of the CMEA study was the main provisions formulated in the works of K. Maslach, V.V. Boyko. The state of health was determined taking into account the data of periodic medical examinations and behavioral questionnaires. A statistically significant difference was recorded between the main health indicators of nurses and doctors with a predominance of both somatic and combined pathology in district nurses. The CMEA of district pediatricians is higher than that of nurses, which is associated with greater responsibility for the health of patients, the need to make responsible decisions and provide the necessary medical care.
The purpose is to determine the state of health, age composition, and nature of socio-economic factors in pediatric outpatient medical workers. To diagnose the level and severity of CMEA in doctors and nurses. To conduct a comparative analysis of the health status and CMEA of medical personnel.

When processing the studied indicators, 64 respondents were accepted for 100% among the average medical staff, 56 respondents were accepted for 100% among doctors.
Results. Among district nurses, there are rather low indicators of somatic health, pronounced deviations in socio-economic factors towards their negative impact on health, as well as moderately pronounced CMEA. Among district pediatricians, compared with nurses, indicators of somatic health and socio-economic factors were recorded at a higher level, however, CMEA was more pronounced in doctors than in nurses working in children's clinics.
