The article notes a decrease in the health status of children and adolescents during training. The distribution by regions of the Russian Federation of healthy children and children with a risk of chronic pathology and functional disorders is estimated. The characteristics of extracurricular risk factors are given, which include: the habit of regular use of gadgets and related forms of leisure; problems of social adaptation, contributing to the development of the child's psycho-emotional discomfort; insufficiency control of their health; non-observance the rules of rational nutrition. The use of extracurricular risk factors is planned as criteria for the content of the work on the formation of healthy lifestyles in the Center for Health for Children and a school. The procedural aspect of their interaction is determined in the case of a risk of chronic pathology and functional disorders in the child.
