Conduction. High-tech medical care is the most expensive part of specialized care, while the need for it is growing from year to year. The list of types of high-tech medical care is defined within the framework of the program of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens, and the procedure for its formation is fixed in the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. However, there are currently no specific criteria for classifying medical technologies as high-tech. Goal. To assess the dynamics of changes in the list of types of high-tech medical care based on an analysis of the content of programs of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens from 2015 to 2022. Material and methods. The source of information is the content of the programs of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens approved in the period from 2015 to 2022. Research methods were used: content analysis, statistical, analytical, system and comparative analysis. Results. Having traced the dynamics of changes in the list of types of high-tech medical care, it is noted that over the entire study period there was an increase in the number of declared profiles both in general and in sections I and II. So in 2015 there were 21 of them, and in 2022 there were 23, while integration of certain profiles in two sections took place annually. Over the eight analyzed years, changes in the list of methods used amounted to 12.8%. At the same time, 106 methods were added in the first section, and 63 were added and 2 were deleted in the second section. Discussion. Many methods of high-tech medical care are quite replicated and have been used for a long time, and some methods are not unique and are repeated in both sections I and II of the list. Duplication of a method or type indicates the need to exclude them, but this does not happen, since they have different formulations. Conclusion. Changes in the list occurred mainly due to the inclusion of new treatment methods, while the exclusion of methods practically did not occur. In order to form an up-to-date list of high-tech medical care and the distribution of types by sections, it is very important to determine the objective criteria for inclusion and exclusion, which are currently missing. Such criteria should be developed taking into account the development of medical science and resource provision.
