Summary:
Relevance. The modern radiology diagnostic service is undergoing rapid development, becoming an indispensable tool in the diagnosis of diseases. Thanks to new technologies and research methods such as CT, MRI, and ultrasound, doctors receive more accurate and detailed images of internal organs, which allows them to diagnose at an early stage and plan more effective treatment. However, it is important to pay attention to the revision of the regulatory framework and training of specialists in order to ensure patient safety and effective implementation of new technologies.
Оbjective. To analyze the equipment of medical organizations with devices and equipment for radiation diagnostics in the Russian Federation as a whole for 2019-2023.
Materials and methods The data of the federal statistical observation form No. 30 «Information about a medical organization» for 2019-2023 were analyzed, and intensive and extensive indicators were calculated. Statistical and analytical methods were used in the work.
Results and discussion. It was noted that in 2019-2023, the provision of devices and equipment for radiation diagnostics per 100 thousand people increased
In general, significant interregional differentiation remains in the Russian Federation. A high proportion of operating computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, angiography and mammography devices in medical organizations was noted. There is a tendency to increase the share of devices with a service life of more than 10 years from the total number of computed tomographs, magnetic resonance imaging, angiographic devices.
Conclusions. An increase in the provision of the population with devices and equipment for radiation diagnostics. During the implementation of the national Health Care project, the number of modern diagnostic equipment and personnel in medical organizations increased, which made it possible to improve the quality and accessibility of medical care for the population, however, there is an interregional differentiation in the provision of devices and equipment for radiation diagnostics.
