Introduction. Palliative care is provided by medical workers of medical organizations providing primary health care, specialized medical care, and is also included in the professional standards of medical workers of most clinical specialties. The above justifies the need for standardization of measures for the organization and provision of palliative primary care. Aim. To develop proposals for the standardization of measures for the organization and provision of palliative primary care. Materials and methods. The method of content analysis was used, with the help of which the content of documents regulating the organization and provision of palliative care was analyzed. Results. Proposals have been developed to standardize measures for the organization and provision of palliative primary care. Discussion. Standardization of palliative primary care measures will improve the availability and quality of medical care for patients with incurable diseases. Conclusion. The implementation of the proposed algorithm is recommended for the organization and provision of palliative care, as well as for teaching additional professional programs on the organization and provision of palliative care.
