The work is devoted to modern aspects of implementation of system of evaluation of health care technologies that improve the quality of medical and preventive care. The results of studies conducted in inpatient and outpatient health care organizations g. Orla (Oryol oblast, Russia) using the survey of 540 respondents. We studied the opin-ion of patients about the quality of medical services, we used a questionnaire, approved by Order of Federal Fund OMS No. 103 dated 11 June 2015 "On approval of methodical instructions on carrying out of sociological polls (questioning) of the insured persons in sphere of obligatory medical insurance". Also studied the opinion about quality of life, through the application of the Russian version of the questionnaire MOS SF-36. The results of the study are an important information channel for health managers. Use in practical public health analysis of quality of medical aid on the territorial compulsory medical insurance programmes, provides the monitoring process, indicators of satisfaction with medical care, can quickly obtain an assessment of the activities of medical organi-zation.
