Results of the created new functions of health protection of the person in development of the «Frame model and standards of national health systems» offered WHO for expansion of functions of the personalized control of a state of health of the specific person. At the same time in modern conditions are used all initial materials in vol-umes of the existing and functioning medical information systems of each medical institution on its technical base. The main personalized data of the national level of the offered functions on allocation of medico and social and demographic characteristics, kliniko-physiological features, the standardized medico-social characteristics, factors of impact of environment on the person are considered.
