Introduction. Mental disorders are widespread throughout the world and are often accompanied by comorbidities, with high disability and mortality rate. Analysis of mental disorders will allow targeted medical care. Objective. To assess the main indicators of the population mental health in the Moscow region for 2018–2022. Materials and methods. Based on statistical reporting forms, an analysis of the main indicators characterizing the population health in Mocow Region in 2018-2022 was carried out. Results. In 2018–2022, in Mocow Region was an increase in the primary and overall incidence of mental disorders (+8.6% and +3.7%), the number of patients taken under dispensary observation and seeking advisory and therapeutic care (+22.2% and +6.9%), the number of patients with mental disorders under dispensary observation and receiving advisory and therapeutic care (+3.7%) due to an increase in the number of patients receiving advisory and therapeutic care (+9.6%). The number of patients with mental disorders under dispensary observation at the end of the year decreased (-4.8%). Discussion. During the period under study, there was an increase in the number of patients diagnosed with a mental disorder for the first time in their lives, due to an increase in the number of patients taken under dispensary observation and seeking consultative and medical care, which may indicate an increase in the coverage of the population of the Moscow region with medical care in the “psychiatric” profile. Conclusion. The volume of medical care for mental disorders has increased.
