In the article the retrospective analysis of the incidence, given classes of diseases according to ICD-10, among the population of working age in Stavropol Krai during the period from 2010 to 2016, according to the forms of Federal statistical observation No. 12. "Data on number of diseases registered bathrooms for patients residing in the service area of a health facility". For analiziraed period, the incidence of all diseases, was all, among the population of working age (women 55 and men 60 years) Stavropol territory increased by 16.8%. The increase in the incidence of working age in the Stavropol region, largely driven by the extremely high growth congenital anomalies (malformations), deformations and chromosomal abnormalities (264,3%) and other classes of diseases.
