Background. One of the possible units of measurement of the burden of diseases, including tuberculosis, may be the DALY index and its components: YLL and YLD, which can be calculated both for the entire population and for each tuberculosis patient. Objective: to evaluate individual DALY, YLD, YLL indices and factors influencing them in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area. Methods. An observational, retrospective, longitudinal study assessing individual DALY, YLL, and YLD indices and factors influencing them from 2010 to 2022. Results. Overall, for the period from 2010 to 2022, the burden of tuberculosis, expressed in DALYs, amounted to 6,139 person-years in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, including 3,434 (55.9%) due to premature mortality; 2,704 (44.0%) due to loss of work and social functioning. Univariate analysis revealed the influence of the following factors on DALY: male gender (increased DALY; p=0.007), belonging to the Indigenous Nations of the North (INN; p tissue (pnd the date of the previous fluorographic examination within a year before the previous one (p=0.0002). Conclusion. The obtained results can serve as a basis for developing targeted programs to reduce the burden of tuberculosis, especially among socially vulnerable groups of the population, and emphasize the importance of regular monitoring of health status and timely diagnosis of diseases, strengthening measures to combat alcohol addiction among the population.
