Introduction. Currently, there is a problem of pregnancy management, burdened with cancer. The detection of a malignant tumor during pregnancy is a tragic situation for the patient, her family and the doctors involved in the treatment. Goal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of oncological pathologies in pregnant women, taking into account the division of diseases into gynecological and extragenital. Materials and methods. The data for 2019-2020 of 60 patients with malignant neoplasms detected before pregnancy, during pregnancy and in the late postpartum period were studied. Statistical data processing was performed using the IBM_SPSS_Statistics17_Win64 software package using nonparametric criteria. The results obtained for each patient were encrypted in the form of a matrix for processing by statistical analysis methods. Categorical variables are represented as absolute frequencies (abs.) and percentages (%). Pearson's Chi-square criterion (2) was used to compare the groups, and the Chi-square criterion with the Yates correction was used for tables 2-2.
