Materials and methods. For the period 2014–2023, the dynamics of general and primary morbidity of the adult population (per 1000 people) was studied. Research methods: analysis of literary data, statistical, including analysis of dynamic series, comparative analysis.
Results and discussion. A heterogeneous trend of periodic decrease in primary morbidity and periods of abrupt growth of this indicator was identified. Respiratory diseases, as well as such classes of diseases as diseases of the digestive system, diseases of the circulatory system, external causes play a leading role in primary morbidity. The overall morbidity is noted at the level of 2425.84 ± 351.41 ‰ per year. The highest rate of overall morbidity in adults over the past 10 years was recorded in 2015 and amounted to 2955.55‰, the lowest rates were typical for 2019 and 2020: 1,823.7‰ and 22,113.27‰, respectively. Five main groups of diseases (respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, digestive diseases, malignant neoplasms, external causes) account for more than 50% annually in the structure of overall morbidity.
