Introduction. Diseases of the oral cavity and teeth have a high prevalence among the population. In the Russian Federation, medical care for this pathology is guaranteed to citizens free of charge. At the same time, medical organizations implementing the CHI program are faced with insufficient tariffs for dental services, imperfect payment methods for primary health care in the "dentistry" profile, which leads to economic disinterest of medical organizations and staff in the results of work, and a decrease in the quality of medical care. The purpose of the study. Analysis of the compliance of the tariff for payment of medical care in the compulsory medical insurance system with the actual costs of services in the profile "therapeutic dentistry". Materials and methods. On the basis of the Clinic of the Chita State Medical Academy of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, which participates in the implementation of the compulsory health insurance program for the provision of primary health care in the field of dentistry to adults and children, an economic analysis of expenses and incomes of a medical organization in the provision of medical care in the field of therapeutic dentistry was carried out. The work uses data from regulatory and legal documentation, reporting forms of a medical organization, including accounting forms. Results and discussions. The growth rate of the tariff of one unit in the region is not proportional to the increase in the consumer price index, which affects the cost of material costs for providing medical care in the "dentistry" profile. On average, the cost of working time of a dentist-therapist during a visit by one patient in connection with the disease amounted to 40 minutes, among which work with documentation took 13 minutes. The time spent on medical care is 277.2 minutes per day. The productivity of a dentist-therapist is 27.7 units per day, 581.7 units per month. The revenue of a doctor working at 1 rate, taking into account the cost of one UET, is 103717 rubles per month. The doctor's labor costs are presented in the amount of 97,554 rubles per month, which corresponds to 94% of revenue. When summing this indicator value with the amount of material costs for the services provided (22%), the final value will be equal to 116%. Thus, the profitability in the provision of medical care in the field of "therapeutic dentistry", under existing conditions, has a negative value and amounts to -16%. Conclusion. According to the results of the analysis of the compliance of the tariff for medical care in the MHI system of the Trans-Baikal Territory with the actual costs of services in the profile "therapeutic dentistry", using the example of a medical organization, it was determined that the cost of one UET, established by the Tariff Agreement, does not cover the costs of providing medical services, which may lead to a decrease in the economic interest of medical organizations in the results jobs, quality of medical care.
