Summary:
Introduction. The training of personnel for healthcare is an essential component in ensuring the realization of the constitutional right of citizens to provide medical care. In conditions of shortage and imbalance of medical personnel, the problem of the quality of specialist training is becoming particularly relevant. Recently adopted legislative and regulatory legal acts at the federal level are aimed at improving the quality of medical and pharmaceutical education. Purpose: based on the study of legislative and regulatory legal acts at the federal level, to provide up-to-date information on the legal regulation of medical personnel training.
Materials and methods. The analysis of changes in the regulatory legal framework for the training of medical personnel has been carried out. The study uses content analysis of literary sources and Internet resources, as well as an analytical method.
Results and discussion. The main innovations in legislative regulation aimed at improving the quality of medical education have been studied. The analysis of the procedure for admission to medical activities - the accreditation of specialists. In order to maintain the quality of specialist training with a variety of providers in the educational services market, it is necessary to resolve issues of licensing additional professional programs, develop standard educational programs, and introduce uniform requirements for their implementation, as stipulated by Federal Law No. 28-FZ of February 28, 2025 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation."
Conclusion. Thus, the analysis of regulatory and legal innovations allows us to conclude that as a result of their implementation, standard additional professional programs will be developed and approved; detailed licensing of additional professional education has been introduced; a ban on the implementation of educational programs of medical and pharmaceutical education exclusively in distance format has been established; new requirements for the material and personnel support of the organization implementing educational programs have been established. medical and/ or pharmaceutical education programs, in the form of an opinion on their compliance with the requirements of federal educational standards, standard additional professional programs.
