The article discusses the features of the system provide antiretroviral drugs for people living with HIV in the Republic of Belarus. The results of a survey of people living with HIV, doctors and pharmacists on the possible improvement of the drug supply system are presented. People living with HIV and doctors involved in their treatment consider the system of rendering medical care in our country effective, with the possibility of further improvement. The analysis of clinical protocols and recommendations for HIV treatment, as well as patient interview, confirmed our country's implementation of the WHO recommendations for 2015 on the appointment of antiretroviral therapy after the diagnosis of HIV infection, regardless of the clinical stage. Most of the survey participants (patients, doctors, pharmacists) spoke in favor of issuing antiretroviral medications to patients in special public organizations, as well as providing the patient with a choice between generic and original antiretroviral drugs, including the possibility of purchasing them in pharmacies.
