Introduction: Technology is changing medicine, turning AI into a promising field. AI helps automate work, improve patient care, and increase the efficiency of nurses, but raises questions about data protection and staff adaptation. Purpose of the study: The purpose of the study is to study nurses' perception of the introduction of AI and assess their willingness to integrate it into their professional activities. Materials and methods of research: When writing a scientific article, we developed a questionnaire consisting of 11 questions aimed at identifying respondents' attitudes towards the use of artificial intelligence in nursing. Willingness to learn new technologies, as well as an assessment of the potential benefits and risks of implementing AI. All responses were collected and processed using the Yandex Form online service, which made it possible to automate the process of data collection and analysis. Results: the overwhelming number of nurses are ready to master new technologies, in particular AI. Only 7% are afraid of job cuts due to the introduction of AI. 82% are confident in the usefulness of AI to improve the quality of medical care. 22% are fully ready for training, 69% are ready, but in doubt; 4% have low readiness. Possession of modern technologies increases the prestige of the profession, according to the opinion Discussion: most nurses are interested in exploring new technologies, including AI, understanding its positive impact on the quality of medical care. However, there are concerns related to the possible loss of jobs and lack of knowledge about technology. There is a difference in the level of readiness for learning: some are completely open, others express caution. It is necessary to ensure access to quality education and to support the initiative of employees. Conclusions: the study confirmed the high potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the quality of medical care and optimize the work of nurses. The majority of respondents expressed a positive assessment of AI, noting its ability to improve the efficiency and quality of care. However, concerns remain about the possible loss of jobs and a lack of knowledge about technology. The high willingness of most doctors to study indicates the need for educational programs and management support. An important conclusion was the recognition by the respondents that the possession of new technologies contributes to increasing the prestige of the nursing profession. Successful AI integration requires a comprehensive approach that includes training, a regulatory framework, and continuous professional development. This is the only way to ensure effective use of the advantages of AI in nursing.
