Reproductive losses are one of the medical, social and demographic problems of any country. The results of the study of the causes of miscarriage show that there are many factors for reproductive losses, each of which requires separate research and making the right organizational decisions. One of the important measures to prevent miscarriage is the timely psychological support of the pregnant woman and the elimination of problems for prolonging pregnancy. The purpose of the study. To study the dynamics of medical spontaneous abortions and abortions performed at the request of a woman. Materials and methods. The analysis of data from the federal statistical observation form No. 13 "Information on pregnancy with abortive outcome" in the Udmurt Republic for 2022-2025 has been carried out. Only medical abortions performed at the request of women were studied, without taking into account other types of loss of conception products in general. Analytical and statistical research methods were used. The data was processed in Excel. Results. The analysis of medical abortions performed at the request of women, without taking into account other types of loss of conception products in the Udmurt Republic as a whole, was carried out during the implementation of organizational measures for the prevention of reproductive losses for the period from 2022 to 2025. At the same time, important regulatory legal documents regulating the quality of medical care for women, including during pregnancy, are the Orders of the Ministry of Health of the Udmurt Republic. The results of the study showed that during the study period, a decrease in medical abortions at the request of women occurred by 50.7%, compared to the previous year - by 8.1%, respectively. Discussion. Miscarriage of pregnancy is a medical and social problem that requires timely management decisions to prolong it. Using the example of the implementation of regulatory documents, the relationship between the measures taken and the results of maintaining pregnancy is traced. Conclusions. The implementation of regulatory legal documents regulating the quality of medical care for women and timely medical care for pregnant women will reduce the risks of reproductive losses.
