According to numerous studies from 2000 to 2016 there was an increase in the incidence of the child population in all age groups, including 21.3% among children aged 0-14 (from 146235.6 to 177438.1). The launching of pathological processes affecting not only the morphofunctional and physical health of the child, but also its cognitive and psychosocial functions, the ability to socialize and self-actualize in life, is directly related to the characteristics of intrauterine development and the socio-economic conditions of the family. It is the family that is the main factor in the formation of the "model of health" in the child, determining its sustainability and adaptability to the environment and life expectancy. At present, the Russian Federation registers an increase in the share of poor households (from 2013 to 2016 by 30.0%), in which the most vulnerable groups are households with three or more children and children under the age of 3 years. Along with this, there is a decrease in the quality of nutrition with a decrease in the consumption of fruits and fish products per person among all groups of households, but with the highest rates of decline in those of them where children under 16 are raised (-7.0% and -8.0 %). At the same time, the communicative activity of children suffers, because parents practically do not spend time on communication with, which leads to the growth of Internet addiction.
