Due to their high prevalence and complications, sexually transmitted infections are one of the health and social problems. The aim of the study was to study the mapping of the incidence of sexually transmitted infections in the Udmurt Republic. Material and methods. The paper uses cartographic, analytical, mathematical methods of research. The work is based on the data of the forms of official statistical observation in the form №9 "Data on the incidence of sexually transmitted infections and infectious skin diseases" for the period from 2006 to 2015.Results. In the Udmurt Republic showed a decrease in the incidence of anogenital (venereal) warts on the background of the growth of urogenital herpetic viral infection. In various administrative regions of the Republic the situation was similar to the border regions of the country. Summary. The incidence of urogenital herpetic viral infection in the Udmurt Republic increased, especially in rural areas (by 63.7%), anogenital (venereal) warts - decreased by 71.8%, especially among the urban population. The most unfavorable situation for urogenital herpetic virus was noted in the Eastern and southern parts of the Udmurt Republic, for anogenital (venereal) warts - in the Western, North-Western, southern and Eastern parts.
