An important role in shaping the public health system in the working environment is played by the active interaction of employers, public organizations, and practical healthcare. WHO's workplace health promotion programs are seen as an effective model of preventive intervention among large, economically active groups of the population. Diseases that can be prevented at work include illnesses associated with an unhealthy lifestyle - these are non-communicable diseases. At the Tomsk site of SIBUR (OOO TOMSKNEFTEKHIM), a program to promote the health of workers with an intersectoral approach was developed with the active participation of preventive structures.
