Summary:
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 07.05.2018 No. 204 “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024”, the objectives and targets of the National Health Project until 2024 were defined, including increasing the availability of medical care to the rural population.
It should be noted that despite the significant progress in informatization in the health care system, there is still a “digital divide”. At the level of ambulance stations and medical and obstetric centers, especially located in small rural settlements, automation and informatization are at a minimum level.
The aim of the study was to analyze and evaluate the activity of mobile mobile complexes, including mobile complexes of FAP in 5 regions of the Russian Federation and in pilot territories.
Research methods: statistical, direct observation, sociological.
In the course of the study, the analysis of reporting data of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (form №№. 30, 17, 47), as well as the results of copying information from primary medical documentation in the pilot territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, were carried out.
Results. Mobile mobile medical complexes performing the functions of FAPs, which are a very significant and sought-after form of medical care for rural residents, are developing slowly. In 2017, there were 33414 FAPs and FPs in the Russian Federation, including 98 mobile mobile complexes that perform the functions of FAPs and FPs.
Conclusion. The need for mobile medical complexes, including the FAP FAP for different subjects of the Russian Federation is not straightforward and depends on population density, road condition, and the infrastructure of settlements, security and staffing of the area, and the geographical and climatic features of the territory should be taken into account, and also from the organizational forms of their work.
