Summary:
Introduction. Overwork of doctors in ultrasound diagnostics of Cancer center has necessitated the professional ultrasound training of outpatient oncologists.
The purpose of the study: analysis of the physician's work, combining the posts of medical oncologist and ultrasound at the Cancer centre.
Materials and methods: data from medical cards taken during the 2017 patients, protocols, ultrasound, biopsies, performed by three doctors of endocrinologic, urological, breast profiles.
Results and discussion. An original form of specialized medical appointments has been introduced.
Summary. The introduced model of oncological reception allows to optimize medical care to patients suffering from malignant tumors of thyroid and prostate glands, ways of completion of model are specified.
