PERSONNEL SITUATION IN RADIATIVE DIAGNOSTICS

Summary:
In providing medical care to the population, a significant role is assigned to diagnostic methods for assessing the state of the body. With the modernization of medical organizations, including the widespread introduction into the practice of radiotherapy apparatus, there was a need for highly qualified medical personnel working on this equipment.
Purpose: to assess the state of the personnel service of radiation diagnostics in the Russian Federation.
Results. Based on the analysis of the official statistical forms No. 30 for 2012–2017, the dynamics of the number of radiologists is presented. With the growth of personnel (by 19%), there is a shortage of positions held by the staff number of radiologists, which is 12%.
Summary. Revealed uneven provision with radiologists and the intensity of their activities in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The most optimal and modern model of organization of the activity of the radiological diagnostics service is the creation of remote centers, including interregional centers, which unite highly qualified specialists.
