RESULTS FOTOHRONOMETRA STUDIES OF THE WORKING TIME OF DOCTORS-UROLOGISTS, DOCTORS-ONCOLOGISTS, DOCTORS-PULMONOLOGISTS, DOCTORS-TRAUMATOLOGISTS-ORTHOPEDISTS, DOCTORS OF FUNCTIONAL DIAGNOSTICS, PROVIDING MEDICAL CARE TO ADULT POPULATION IN AN OUTPATIENT SETTING

Summary:
The analysis of the normative support of the activity of doctors of different specialties, providing medical care in outpatient settings revealed the need for the development of modern regulations. In today's conditions of modernization of outpatient care requires new research that will form methodological approaches in accordance with innovative technologies, widely implemented in practical health care and will serve as the basis for determining the load of the required number of medical specialists. The purpose of research – analysis of existing regulatory documents regulating the activity of doctors-urologists, doctors-oncologists, doctors-pulmonologists, doctors-traumatologists-orthopedists, and doctors of functional diagnostics, providing medical care on an outpatient basis and study the workflow of these professionals. Materials and methods. Following methods were applied: content analysis, analytical, photogrammetry, descriptive statistics. Results and discussion. The existing normative base, regulating the activity of doctors-urologists, doctors-oncologists, doctors-pulmonologists, doctors-traumatologists-orthopedists, and doctors of functional diagnostics does not contain norms time to visit one patient that does not meet modern requirements to the definition of the norms of workload and standards for the number of these professionals. Was held fotohronometra studies of working process of the above specialists in 19 pilot regions of the Russian Federation. Conclusion. Held fotohronometra the study showed that the time of doctors-urologists, doctors-oncologists, doctors-pulmonologists, doctors-traumatologists-orthopedists, while visiting one patient was minutes away from 18,03 to 26.30, main activities were had from 6,55 to 12,70 minutes, documentation from 7,63 to 12.58 minutes, supporting activities from 1.57 to 2.22 minutes, official activity from 0.43 to 1.4 minutes, and other activities from 0.03 to 0.13 per minute, and required personal time took to 1.02 minutes, the unloaded time ranged from his absence to 1.45 minutes.
