RESOURCE PROVIDING THE MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS GIVING HELP ON THE ONCOLOGY PROFILE

Summary:
on the oncology profile indicates lack of significant changes on active identification of malignant new growths of the I-II stages in primary sector of health care, to timely diagnostics and treatment.
A research objective – to carry out the analysis of resource providing the medical organizations of Russia, giving help on the oncology profile.
Materials and methods: FSN forms No. No. 7, 14, 14DS, 35. The number of the dead is presented according to Rosstat.
Results and discussion: In structure of the general mortality of the population a considerable share of malignant new growths (2010 – 14,4%; 2016 – 15,6%; 2017 – 15,9%). It isn't possible to execute the main indicator "mortality from new growths" even in the conditions of an overfulfillment of quality indicators of work of health system. Active identification of malignant new growths doesn't conform to modern requirements.
Conclusions: Despite increase in investments of financial means in health care, resources of the medical organizations giving help on the oncology profile are insufficient for performance of objectives on decline in mortality.
