Summary:
Introduction. In recent years, more and more publications discuss many of the deficiencies in the organization of activities of health centers (HC). Evaluation of the results of the preventive activities of the HC is very problematic. In this regard, in 2017 in Federal research institute for health organization and informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation study was conducted.
The purpose was to study the possibility of obtaining reliable information on the prevalence of risk factors (RF) of chronic noncommunicable diseases (NCD) in the context of age and sex groups.
Material and methods. Used data form No. 30 and No. 68 for 2014-2018; information questionnaire, developed by the Federal research institute for health organization and informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Methods: descriptive statistics, analytical.
Results and discussion. The largest proportion of those who applied were children aged 7-14, there are no differences by sex. From the age of 15, women are more often examined, and with age the ratio of women and men progressively increases: from 1.5:1 to 3:1. With age, women gradually begin to outpace men in the frequency of occurrence of 1 or 2 RF, and the state of "3 or more RF " are more common in men. The values of indicators considered as RF should be different for sex and ages.
Summary. When assessing the survey data in HC, it is advisable to take into account the burden of the population of the RF. Analysis of the RF burden in the context of gender and age allows to obtain information that determines the need of the population in certain preventive measures. It is advisable to make changes in the technology of work of the HC and in the reporting documentation.
Keywords health centres; performance evaluation; risk factors of chronic non-communicable diseases; the reporting form №68.
