Summary:
Introduction. In present time in our country arterial hypertension is diagnosed in more than 40% of population. This pathology has long-term anamnesis and leads to the left ventricle remodeling that characterized by specific geometric model changing. The left ventricle remodeling is a compensatory result of increased work of it. So the left ventricle geometry changes leads to a poor course of the disease prognosis and provokes arrhythmic syndrome and non-symptomatic myocardial ischemia development. Goals. Clinical assessment of the geometric left ventricle models, prognostication of cardiovascular complications and its prevention in patients with arterial hypertension/ Material and methods. Clinical examination results of 120 patients with arterial hypertension grade 2 and with burdened heredity and without documentary verified heart ischemia diagnosis. Results: the types of left ventricle myocardium hypertrophy in patients with arterial hypertension are defined. In patients with arterial hypertension with a concentric left ventricular remodeling discovered the average value predominance of the “left ventricular hypertrophy” and "arrhythmic syndrome" risk factors. In patients with essential hypertension and eccentric myocardial remodeling discovered the maximum value of the “volumetric indexes of the left ventricle "and "myocardial ischemia” factors. Conclusion: using the prediction equations for a specific patient with a probability of more than 75% possible to calculate the expected cardiac arrhythmias and to predict the development of relative coronary insufficiency. Using mathematical modeling data anamnesis, laboratory and instrumental diagnostics methods may prevent possible coronary complications
Keywords arterial hypertension, myocardial hypertrophy of left ventricle
