Summary:
Introduction. At the moment, in the Russian Federation there is a wide network of offices of functional diagnostics called to carry out timely and high-quality detection of diseases. However, the assessment of the quality of the functional diagnostics rooms is very difficult due to the fact that, to date, there is no coherent system of unification of the parameters that characterize their work. At the same time, the processes of Informatization of the health care system provide an opportunity to conduct such an assessment using information technology.
The purpose of the study is to create and evaluate the work of an automated system to assess the quality of the office of functional diagnostics.
Material and methods. The range of parameters that reflect the quality of the functional diagnostics room was highlighted. Subsequently, the assessment of the degree of influence of each factor on the quality of the functional diagnostics rooms was carried out. The relative contribution of each parameter was evaluated on a ten-point system. The method of hierarchy analysis was used to assess the significance and give weight to the identified predictive factor in assessing the quality of the functional diagnostics room. The weight coefficients of the significance of the obtained predictors made it possible to reliably determine the predictive factors affecting the quality of functional studies, which have a priority.
Results. The main characteristics reflecting the work of functional diagnostics rooms were ranked according to their importance, and depending on the rank place of each parameter, they were assigned weights of contribution to the final result of evaluation of functional diagnostics rooms on a ten-point scale.
Conclusion. The proposed methodology for assessing the work of functional diagnostics rooms and the developed software package have shown their high efficiency. They can be recommended for implementation in practice within the existing unified state health information system.
Keywords functional diagnostics, medical information systems, development, software package, quality of work.
