The incidence of diseases of the endocrine system, eating disorders and metabolic disorders are of great relevance at the present stage. The prevalence and structure of childhood endocrine pathology is significantly different from that in adults. The study of the patterns of development of this pathology and its consequences among the children's population is of importance for planning and conducting activities to improve endocrine care, their social adaptation. Purpose: to analyze the incidence of children under the age of 17 years, including endocrine system diseases, eating disorders and metabolic disorders in the Russian Federation for 2014-2018. Materials and methods: incidence of children under 17 years of age, including endocrine system diseases, eating disorders and metabolic disorders in the Russian Federation for 2014-2018. analyzed on the basis of reporting forms of federal statistical monitoring, form No. 12 “Information on the number of diseases registered in patients living in the service area of a medical organization”, approved by Order of the Federal State Statistics Service dated December 24, 2018 No. 773. Results: the article presents the dynamics of the general and primary morbidity of children under 17 years old, including endocrine system diseases, nutritional disorders and metabolic disorders in the Russian Federation for 2014-2018. Their structure for 2018 is given, and the dynamics of the proportion of children aged 0-17 years taken for follow-up with the first established diagnosis of endocrine system disease, eating disorders and metabolic disorders in the Russian Federation for 2014-2018 is presented. An increase in the proportion of children with diseases of the endocrine system, nutritional disorders and metabolic disorders registered in the dispensary will be a necessary and effective tool to improve their health, reduce the severity of diseases, and, accordingly, reduce disability and mortality. Conclusions: in accordance with the passport of the national project “Healthcare”, coverage of children with a first-time established diagnosis of diseases of the endocrine system, eating disorders and metabolic disorders” by 2024, the proportion of children will increase to 90%, but already in 2018 in 31 constituent entities of the Russian Federation an indicator of 60% or more was recorded.
