healthcare system modernization. It determines the outcomes of the entire healthcare system, and therefore requires a special study. Purpose. To assess dynamic of some health indicators (average life expectancy, total, maternal and infant mortality rate, morbidity from tuberculosis) in a single health payer of the Kyrgyz Republic (1991-2017). Methods. The trends of an average life expectancy, total, maternal and infant mortality rate, morbidity from tuberculosis in the Kyrgyz Republic have been evaluated in 1991-2017. Comparative analysis of these indicators according of physical and financial inputs in Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyz Republic is based on the World Data Atlas and the Database of the World Bank (1991-2017). Results. It has been shown positive trends of average life expectancy, total, maternal and child mortality rate, and morbidity from tuberculosis in a single health payer system despite of very low health expenditure in the Kyrgyz Republic. Especially it significantly according of comparison with Russia and Kazakhstan where health expenditures were much higher within a tiered healthcare delivery system. Conclusions. A single health payer system contributed on positive outcomes despite low physical and financial inputs in the Kyrgyz Republic. Scope of applications. The research results can be used by policy decision makers and health managers.
