Materials and methods. In accordance with the methodology, to calculate the norms of time to visit one patient and determine the structure of the working time of the doctor, photochronometric observations of the activity within 2 working weeks are carried out by at least each of the two specialists, taking into account age, work experience and qualifications. The study involved 11 urologists providing medical care on an outpatient basis in six pilot subjects of the country. Results. The maximum share of the working time of the urologist falls on the main activity, and more than one third of the working time is spent working with documentation. Conclusion.
