Relevance. Provision of specialist doctors affects the quality of medical care and the state of health of the population, since untimely treatment in some cases leads to serious consequences. The purpose of the study: To analyze the current situation in the provision of medical organizations that provide outpatient care with functional diagnostics doctors. Material and methods: to calculate the availability of functional diagnostics by doctors, we analyzed the forms of federal statistical observation No. 30 “Information about a medical organization” for the period from 2009 to 2018 for the Russian Federation and its subjects. Of the research methods used analytical, descriptive statistics, forecast estimates. The main results of the supply of medical organizations of the Russian Federation that provide medical care on an outpatient basis, with doctors of functional diagnostics and its subjects indicate a low supply of doctors with functional diagnostics. In the country as a whole, despite the almost stable value of the indicator (an average of 0.35 per 10,000 population), there is a slight upward trend (+ 2.7% for 2015-2018) with weather growth rates of 0.49% in individual subjects (5.8%), even with a low supply of specialist doctors, a negative increase in the indicator can be observed. A predictive assessment of the situation with the provision of specialist doctors up to 2020 was carried out. Conclusion: Low availability of functional diagnostics by doctors and its possibility by 2010 was noted.
