Innovative development of the health care system requires timely and modern training of highly qualified competitive specialists. The purpose of the study is to assess the possibilities of developing nursing staff at the workplace in the process of introducing innovative technologies into the activities of the medical organization. Methods of research: sociological, statistical. Results. Introduction of innovative technologies in the practice of nursing staff required improvement and development of professional skills of these specialists. During the period from 2013 to 2019, the Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in the conditions of innovation has formed a process of development of nursing staff, consisting in the organization of theoretical and practical classes using modern educational technologies in the conditions of medical organization. The final comparative characteristic of indicators of the level of training of specialists confirmed its effectiveness on average by 1.5 times. Conclusions. The advantage of "workplace" classes in 100% of cases was noted by both nursing specialists and the administration of the organization; Important is the "selection" of specialists implementing the process of development of nursing staff; Organization of training and simulation room becomes necessary; The end result of the study is the establishment of the Program for the continuous development of nursing staff in the context of the organization.
