Introduction. The second part of the study is devoted to the centers of medical prevention (CMP). Рurpose. Analysis of staffing of the CMP in 2014-2018. Material and methods. Used data form No.70 for 2014-2018. Methods: descriptive statistics, analytical. Results. In 2018, there were 83 regional CMP. There is no CMP having the structure approved by the order. In 2018, there is a decrease in the staffing of medical personnel by 2.2%. The ratio of doctors part-time work on average in Russia is 1.3. There was a decrease in staffing psychologists - 0.7%. The average staffing rate of editors in 2018 was 39.6%. Staffing of journalists decreased and amounted to 21.6%. The staffing of sociologists decreased by 7.1%. The staffing of teachers has been declining for the last 4 years, and in 2018 amounted to 16.8%. There was also a decrease in staffing computer engineers to 40.6%. Health education instructors are 40.9% staffed. Discussion and conclusions. The problems of forming the staff of the CMP are similar to the problems of staffing the health centres (HC). It is require the revision of the entire system of organization of preventive work. The main objective of the Federal project "Strengthening of public health" is conduct of healthy lifestyle by citizens, including the creation of public health centers. At the same time, insufficient staffing of the CMC and HC is not considered a risk. The organizational structure of the centers of medical prevention is characterized by a large heterogeneity. It is necessary to improve accounting and reporting documentation.
