Myocardial infarction in our country remains the leading medical and social problem and cause of death in the adult and elderly population. The development of the disease is caused not only by atherosclerotic processes, age, but also by a violation of the rhythms of blood pressure and heart rate. However, the mismatch of these biorhythms in elderly patients with myocardial infarction has not been studied. The purpose of this work is to analyze the daily profile of blood PRESSURE and violations of synchronization of circadian biorhythms of blood PRESSURE and heart rate in elderly patients with a history of hypertension and MI. Material and methods: A clinical examination of 183 MI patients aged 60-74 years was conducted with the assessment of circadian rhythms of pulse blood pressure and heart rate violations based on the results of daily blood pressure monitoring by the "SpaceLabsMedical"device. Based on the data obtained, the calculation of acrophase, orthophase, period and amplitude of pulse blood pressure and heart rate, and determination of the daily blood pressure profile were performed. Results: The prevalence of persons with impaired daily blood pressure and heart rate among patients with myocardial infarction was established. Conclusion. The detected disorders contribute to the development of myocardial infarction and should be taken into account in the diagnosis and treatment of these patients. Conclusion: Desynchronization of circadian biorhythms of pulse blood PRESSURE and heart rate according to chronobiological indicators, violation of the daily BLOOD pressure profile in elderly patients with MI were established. The detected misalignment of these biorhythms can serve as a risk factor for the development of MI, which must be taken into account both when diagnosing and prescribing medications.
