Introduction: Providing the population with affordable and high-quality medical care is a priority in the development of healthcare, which can be achieved, including with the required number of medical workers and their level of qualification. Materials and methods: A prospective analytical (cohort) study was conducted in June-July 2019 in the form of a sociological survey with the participation of medical personnel of the State budgetary health institution “Psychiatric Clinical Hospital No. 4 named after P. B. Gannushkina ”of the Moscow Department of Health, of which: 77.9% of hospital doctors (53 of 68), 65.4% of hospital nurses (193 of 295), 52.8% of dispensary doctors (84 of 159), 38% Nursing Dispensaries (132 of 347). The average age of hospital doctors is 37 ± 4.2 years, clinics doctors - 48 ± 5.3 years, hospital nurses - 35 ± 3.8 years, clinic nurses - 39 ± 4.3 years. The questionnaires included questions on the quality of medical care: 6 questions for nurses and 7 for doctors. Purpose of the study. Assess the satisfaction of the medical staff of a psychiatric service with the quality of their medical care. Results and discussion: In the conditions of the modern organization of the activities of psychiatric medical organizations, there is a fairly high satisfaction with the work of the medical staff of the Psychiatric Clinical Hospital № 4 P.B. Gannushkina of the Moscow Department of Health, despite the high degree of responsibility imposed on them. Conclusion. There is a high degree of satisfaction of the medical staff of the psychiatric service with the quality of the medical care they provide.
