Currently there is a mismatch of number and structure of medical personnel scope with tasks and directions of reforming medical industry. In both whole country and all Federal districts providing with general practitioners tends to increase. Among the pilot regions most significant its growth occurred in Astrakhan, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Magadan and Moscow area regions, the maximum reduction - in Moscow. Dynamics of year number of visits in both Federal Districts and Federal regions is ambiguous. The most significant increase in the year number of visits to a general practitioner during the last six years was recorded in the Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, the most significant decrease - in the Khabarovsk region, due to the approach of this indicator to the average from significantly overvalued. Described trends may indicate the greatest demand for general practitioners in countryside.
