Summary:
Myocardial infarction is the leading cause of death in the elderly population and is often associated with arterial hypertension, effective control of which will reduce the consequences of myocardial infarction. Among the medications for lowering blood pressure in patients with myocardial infarction, the fixed combination of amplodipine, lisinopril and rosuvastatin is insufficiently studied. The aim of the work: study the effectiveness of a fixed combination of amplodipine, lisinopril and rosuvastatin for the correction of blood pressure in elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Material and methods: In clinical conditions, 118 patients with a history of myocardial infarction were examined in order to correct blood pressure with a fixed combination of amlodipine, lisinopril and rosuvastatin. The drug was administered in the morning 1 capsule 5/10/15 mg. To assess the effectiveness of 6 months satisfied the definition of office blood pressure and daily monitoring with common indicators at night. Results: A statistically significant decrease in office systolic and diastolic blood pressure with the highest gradient (15.3%) for systolic blood pressure was Found. After 6-hour therapy of patients with arterial hypertension and myocardial infarction, the target blood pressure level in 73.0% was reached and the parameters of heliodynamics improved during the night hours. There was a significant decrease in the time index of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and a decrease in heart rate during the night period. Conclusion: The Recommended combination of amplodipine, lisinopril and rosuvastatin provides adequate correction of blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension and a history of myocardial infarction.
