Summary:
Aim: to assess the dynamics of indicators reflecting the success of the fight against tuberculosis in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and the End TB Strategy. Methods. We used data from official forms of statistical observation, as well as answers to specialized forms. The indicators were calculated in accordance with the recommendations «Multisectoral accountability framework to accelerate progress to end tuberculosis by 2030». Regression analysis was used to assess the achievement of target indicator values. Results. A decrease in mortality from tuberculosis is expected by 2020 by 86.7%, by 2025 - by 98.2%, the incidence of tuberculosis by 2020 by 31.0%, by 2025 by 52.0%, which corresponds to the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals and the End TB Strategy. TB treatment coverage is close to 100%, which is due to the practice of active detection of cases of tuberculosis, leading to sporadic cases of post-mortem detection. TB treatment success rate tends to decrease. Percentage of new and relapse TB patients tested using a WHO recommended rapid diagnostic at the time of diagnosis is expected to rise to 47.7% by 2025, which is below the target (>90%). Drug-susceptibility testing (DST) coverage for TB patients is growing slightly, being at the level of 72.5-76.4%, which is below the target value (100%). An increase in the “Treatment coverage, new TB drugs” is expected to reach 92.0%, which corresponds to the target value (>90%). Documentation of HIV status among TB patients is expected to increase to 100%, which is in line with the target value (>90%). The case fatality ratio is expected to decrease to 0.1%, which also corresponds to the target level (
